By car

From Bologna and Florence: at Florence, take exit SS 223 towards Firenze Impruneta/Siena and take the first exit at the roundabout, then take the Florence - Siena motorway interchange. Continue until the Tavarnelle exit and then, at the first roundabout, take the first exit. Take the second exit to continue straight at the next two roundabouts and finally, at the fourth roundabout, take the third exit onto Via del Mocale/SP49. Turn right at the end of the road and you will see directions to Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda on your right.

From Rome and Siena: once past Siena, heading north, take the Florence - Siena motorway interchange until the Poggibonsi Nord exit. Take the first exit at the roundabout and continue straight on. After the village of Barberino Val d’Elsa, continue straight at the roundabout and you will see directions to Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda on your left.

By bus
From Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence, take line 370A for Tavarnelle Centro. The bus will stop outside Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda.
